Beginning in 2022 TACO began presenting the Joseph Shifflett Memorial Award, Sallie Barber Memorial Award, and Susan Hanner Memorial Award, in addition to our Volunteer Years of Service Awards.

Joseph Shifflett Memorial Award
This award is presented in memory of past camper, Joseph Shifflett. This award is presented to a camper who always has a smile on their face, has been a friend to all, and who has a love for horses.
Sallie Barber Memorial Award
This award is presented in memory of past committee member of the Therapeutic Adventure Camp of Orange, Sallie Barber. This award is presented to a volunteer who has a love for our campers, a sense of humor, and is dedicated to the 4H Therapeutic Adventure Camp of Orange.
Susan Hanner Memorial Award
This award is presented in memory of past committee member, hostess, and instructor of the Therapeutic Adventure Camp of Orange, Susan Hanner. This award is presented to a volunteer who has a heart for helping others, a smile on their face, and is dedicated to the 4H Therapeutic Adventure Camp of Orange.
